Pre/Post collateral witness interviews with lay witness co-workers, employers, friends and family to demonstrate how a plaintiff has changed after their serious injury and all of the impacts including career, wage, social, psychological, and physical.

PROCESS SERVING
Encore has a team of process servers local to the Greater Vancouver area, as well as a network of affiliated process servers able to serve court documents effectively and efficiently in all areas of Canada and the US.
Encore has in-house commissioners for taking oaths and are able to commission all affidavits with no extra fee.

COVERT SURVEILLANCE
Our Covert Surveillance personnel are comprised of former members of highly specialized government surveillance teams.
They have previously conducted surveillance on extremely sensitive and high risk targets and have a wealth of experience and industry guarded training. Many are former team leaders and instructors in various government agencies’ surveillance sections.
Our personnel are the private sector’s best and we provide a tailored approached to our clients’ needs to obtain the intelligence, information, and evidence required.
