Michael Courage
President. Michael holds a degree in psychology from Simon Fraser University and has extensive investigative, interviewing, and surveillance experience in all size and manner of investigations ranging from civil to criminal to national security as well as counter-terrorism. He is a veteran member of the RCMP and Vancouver Police.
Dave McPherson
Dave works out of the Vancouver office with comprehensive experience in personal injury claim analysis and investigation.
Bruno Colangeli
Bruno has 25 years of experience in the auto insurance industry working for a Crown Corporation, including 15 years managing some of the largest claims operations in the Province. He has considerable expertise, knowledge and experience in litigation management of bodily injury.
Doug Beaton
Doug has 28 years of claims experience with a public insurer. More recently, he has managed the largest automobile insurance brokerage in British Columbia.
Michael Campbell
Michael is a retired Sergeant with over 30 years at the Vancouver Police with a prolific level of expertise in surveillance and large-scale crime investigations. He was a team leader and expert level instructor in surveillance techniques and resources.
Phil Battista
Phil is a retired Vancouver Police member with investigative and surveillance experience. Phil is primarily a member of our local process serving team.
Chris Campbell
Chris is a retired Sergeant with 33 years at the Vancouver Police. He was most recently in charge of the Forensic Video Unit and has extensive surveillance experience as a Sergeant and investigator with CFSEU (Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit), VPD’s Strike Force, and a street crime suppression team. He also worked in the gang crime unit, on the property crime team, and in patrol.
Kirk Star
Kirk has over 32 years of law enforcement experience, including with the Vancouver Police and Transit Police as well as Corrections Canada. He was the Sergeant in charge of the Missing Persons Unit, Sudden Death investigations (Coroners Liaison Unit) and the Witness Protection Unit.
Jeff Slater
Founder. As a former Class 3 Independent Adjuster's License holder, Jeff has over 30 years of experience in insurance adjusting and claims investigations. He has a wealth of experience in both insurance adjusting and personal injury claims investigation. Jeff Slater has retired from Encore Claims Services.
